Cancellation policy

Cancellation terms for bookings made through external booking platforms will be subject to the cancellation policy displayed and agreed upon at the time of booking.

For direct bookings made through our website, the following terms apply:

A 10% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation, with the remaining balance payable 30 days before arrival.

30 days or more before arrival: Full refund of all payments made, including the initial deposit.

10–29 days before arrival: A 50% refund of the total booking cost will be provided.

Less than 10 days before arrival: No refund will be issued, and the full booking cost remains payable.

All cancellations must be made in writing. Refunds will be processed using the original payment method wherever possible.

We strongly recommend that guests arrange suitable travel insurance to cover cancellations, travel disruptions and other unforeseen circumstances.
